While my business acumen helped me grow in business, my focus on myself compromised my ability to support the teams I worked on.
My 35+ years of experience as a dynamic business professional, holding positions as both General Manager and Director of Sales, has shown me first-hand that lasting leadership is a result of developing emotionally invested, relationship-oriented environments.
After a career of helping turn around non-profit organizations and exceed annual sales goals for wireless solutions companies, I now use my expertise to help leaders harness lasting leadership—the enduring capacity to innovate and evolve as a leader in the face of adversity.
